Our entire studio is dedicated to fitness modalities that use movement for building strength, sculpting and toning muscles, reducing pain, and increasing flexibility. From Pilates and GYROTONIC® classes and personal training, to Breast Cancer Recovery Coaching and Thai Yoga Stretch, our movement-based modalities are designed to get you optimal results.
